Development Update
Construction of Stages 1 & 2 at Hobbs Bay Estate is nearing completion, with only landscaping and minor defect work to be wrapped up by the end of July. Despite unpredictable weather, our contractors are continuing to deliver work to an exceptionally high standard.
All essential services for the development have now been signed off by the relevant authorities, with only roading works and final council approvals remaining. Our build partners are also making strong progress on their home designs and are preparing to begin construction as soon as titles are issued—an exciting milestone just around the corner.
